Responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of the entire facility, in
a continuous flow/chemical process environment. Includes: gearboxes, cooling
towers, pumps, motors, valves, heat-exchangers, piping and associated
instrumentation, motor-control centers and process control system
(Siemens S7). Duties also include maintaining a computerized maintenance
management system (Oracle).
July 2005 to April 2008
Self-employed-PC Services.
Provide mechanical and electrical repair and upgrades on lapping and polishing
equipment. Includes all phases of mechanical service (motor & power train,
pneumatic, hydraulic) repair and rebuild. Service and retrofit electronic control
systems.
Designed a drop-in replacement electrical control package for a Peter Wolters
AC1200 flat lapping machine.

Volunteer for one 8 hour shift per month in the emergency department at
