Assisted Engineers in root cause analysis on equipment and operation failure. Routine
maintenance on all equipment and new job projects. Daily chemical and oil inventory, monitor
equipment on pressures, temperatures, PH levels, vibrations, troubleshoot and detect any
possible issues through distributed control system (Yokogawa). Change water, glycol sock,
carbon filters, and membranes on R.O. units. Worked with HMI/PLC to control start
Hypochlorite system. Operated subsea on water flood. Performed weekly Glycol PH Testing
and daily checks on moisture on dry gas. Launch oil and gas pigs. Changed out orifice plates
on Daniel Sr orifice meters; Performed well test.
Removed and installed motors, turbines and pressure test equipment using nitrogen, align
shafts, change oil, collect oil samples for analyst check oil in pumps, clean strainers and
change rupture disc. Make sure all equipment is running accurately and inspect equipment for
unusual noise or vibrations. Make sure that all jobs being performed are safe and see that all
house keeping is kept up. Analyze active work for Safety Observations. Attend morning, and
evening meetings, report daily equipment performance issues and record all data on excel
spread sheets. Take care of D.O.T shipments and backload manifest and return
authorizations. Change out oil filters on diesel generators; Maintain and report any regulatory,
