Water Flood Operator/CCR/Process Operator/ Mechanic/ Electronics Technician
 Water lab testing and analyzing water; Testing for hypochlorite, bacteria and oxygen, chemical
treating all water flood lines; Maintenance all water flood Equipment and Mechanical; Change
water filters, Repair and replacing valves, changing gaskets, turbine water wash; Turbidity
Testing and Analyzing, calibrating analyzers, maintenance and inspect all hoist; Occasionally
change out spool pieces on water flood lines, filters; Perform weekly batch treat down hole to
prevent H2S using Biocide and check on chemical pumps make sure they are at an accurate
rate; Operated crane along with crane and lifeboat inspections; Trained new hire or current
employees new to operations in process daily routines.
 Monitored oil, gas, water, analyze vessels, chemical rates, pressure, temperature, mechanical
equipment and gauges on Yokagawa DCS system in the platform control room and on the
platform. Daily and hourly monitoring of flow rates and pressures on the Yokagawa DCS
system acknowledge alarms and took action to correct any alarms that came in. Recorded
readings and logged into a daily excel spreadsheet. Change alarm set points and controlled
and monitored subsea. Reported any changes on daily process to other CCR Operators
instrumentation technicians, mechanics, electricians, engineers, and supervisors at end of
shift.
 Assisted Engineers in root cause analysis on equipment and operation failure. Routine
maintenance on all equipment and new job projects. Daily chemical and oil inventory, monitor
equipment on pressures, temperatures, PH levels, vibrations, troubleshoot and detect any
possible issues through distributed control system (Yokogawa). Change water, glycol sock,
carbon filters, and membranes on R.O. units. Worked with HMI/PLC to control start
Hypochlorite system. Operated subsea on water flood. Performed weekly Glycol PH Testing
and daily checks on moisture on dry gas. Launch oil and gas pigs. Changed out orifice plates
on Daniel Sr orifice meters; Performed well test.
 Removed and installed motors, turbines and pressure test equipment using nitrogen, align
shafts, change oil, collect oil samples for analyst check oil in pumps, clean strainers and
change rupture disc. Make sure all equipment is running accurately and inspect equipment for
unusual noise or vibrations. Make sure that all jobs being performed are safe and see that all
house keeping is kept up. Analyze active work for Safety Observations. Attend morning, and
evening meetings, report daily equipment performance issues and record all data on excel
spread sheets. Take care of D.O.T shipments and backload manifest and return
authorizations. Change out oil filters on diesel generators; Maintain and report any regulatory,
environmental, and safety compliance issues to Engineers, Supervisors, Marine Supervisors,
or leadership. Help save company cost 10,000 Dollars per job in cable installation. 60,000 in
company electronic equipment. Help reduce thousands USD cost in chemical inventory and
usage in daily rates.
 Performed PLC/Yokogawa equipment checks, Download PLC and platform data back up,
Install monitors satellite communications system, PLC, phone, computer systems and platform.
Utilize milestone security software and equipments repaired fiber optic cameras tested fiber
optic lines. Weekly check on satellite phone, marine equipment, fire, safety checks on radios
and communication equipments. Follow HSE Standards; perform safety meetings due to work
permit. Write work permits (JSA), monitor contract employees daily jobs in a diverse group;
Maintain and inspect company equipment from computers, test equipment, fire equipment fire
hoses, S.C.B.A. equipment, chemical hoses.
 Job sponsored work and explain all aspects of the job in step-by-step detail. Assist other
contractors on jobs. Mange and over see daily single to multiple jobs with 2 to 15 people per
job and make sure all HSE safety STD are in compliance and improving safety. Build and
perform power point safety meetings in large group. Member of fire team and occasionally
would fire watch when hot work was performed. Wrote local operating procedures for job task
including lock out tag out. Perform daily checks on dry gas line for moisture. Daily test on oil
and water using centrifuge. Monthly scratch test on sand monitors;
 Monitor well testing shut down valves and service safety salves. Worked on valve and repairs
resetting the valve and positioning using a heart communicator. Change out Rose Mount
temperature, pressure transmitters. Perform work in SAP writing notifications, research work
history, and timework management. Contacting vendors and purchase orders as needed.
Performed weekly fire and gas testing, checking all fire and gas monitors testing.
