_ Responsibilities: Develop a project plan,along with budgets,timelines, equipmentcosts, return on investment and
potential liabilities for the startup of manufacturing initiatives in a foreign country. This is to evaluate the feasibilityand
prove cost reduction estimates,producton-time deliveryand quality levels are achieved as per the project plan.

2. Achievements:
 Transferred 6 manufacturing lines from Utah for start-up of manufacturing operations in Mexico. These lines consistof a
variety of disciplines including R-F(Radio Frequency) and Ultra-sonic welding operations,automated manufacturing
equipment as well as manual processes.This resulted in a $4.3M annual costsavings.
 Redistributed line layouts to incorporate lean principles and concepts,material managementprinciples and defined process
capabilities to increase the efficiencies and reduce overall unitcosts. This resulted in an efficiency gain of 43% over 3 yrs.
 Established systems to track and monitor operations keyindicators for real time feedback of on-time delivery, efficiencies,
scrap,quality acceptance levels,equipmentdown time.This is key to correcting production issues in a timely manner.
