Manager,Planning, Inventory, Logistics and Shipping
Developed, implemented and managed Microsoft Project on Project Server and production project
schedules to communicate the tasks, timeline and costs for the proposal, contracts, material and
manufacturing functions. Designed and reported program tasks to functional management that provided
executable actions resulting in a 22 percent reduction in production downtime. Led the implementation of
Project and Project Server in the development of consistent, executable systems and improved
communication processes that resulted in exceeding business targets. Met business milestones through a
25% reduction of inventory losses by focusing on pareto analysis, root cause identification, and corrective
action strategies.
 Partnering with functional leader’s, prioritized and deployed an integrated production project plan that
resulted in successful execution to business targets. Trained and mentored the organization on
strategies and processes by providing key concepts, tools and metrics for Contracts, Production
Planning, Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to ensure expected results were achieved.
 During Project implementation, reacted quickly to process changes through the entire supply chain,
ensuring all required deadlines were met. Took action on potential risks and issues that provided best
practice solutions.
 Initiated and encouraged the implementation of computer ERP automation and process improvement
systems in Materials that reduced on-line inventory transactions, eliminated unnecessary material
staging activity, and removed variation of material process. This significantly reduced material flow
cycle time by 22%, improved inventory accuracy by 16%, and decreased shortages ten times. This led
to an improvement to customer on-time delivery performance to 99%.
 Led a cross-functional process team that successfully designed and implemented process procedures for
managing material and Government owned equipment for both a Commercial and Government
environment. Received government, FAA, and customer recognition for total regulation compliance.

 Developed, documented and implemented consistent Project process procedures into policies insuring
process audits guidelines were met. Conducted training sessions and monitored progress of all users,
which assured effective transition. Successfully met all Government, Corporate and ISO9001 audits.
 For the data metrics implementation, cleaned up the legacy database system. Created task forces to
focus on and analyze tactical issues such as setups and procedures which significantly reduced data
errors by 18 percent.
 Process mapped, designed new processes, implemented and trained on packaging and shipping policies
that eliminated process variation and ensured compliance to regulations. Consistently passed various
Government agencies, unannounced audits.

Manager,Inventory: Project Managed Transition Plan 2004 – 2005
Program managed the Aerospace CES project integration from one division (BRGA to ATS) to another
for the Sales & Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) function. Successfully transitioned processes,
product, systems and disciplines that resulted in improving on-time delivery to customers by 8% and met
quarter end inventory AOP targets. Supported the Planning and Inventory Manager on automation of
consistent inventory data, inventory analysis, planning and process improvements.
 Initiated and project managed the transition plan by holding weekly functional team meetings.
Functions included Supply Management, Production Control, Inventory Control, Logistics, Cost
Management, Planning, Revenue and MRP/ERP. Met 100 per cent of the plan milestones.
 Tracked and reported monthly metric scorecards of the project plan and inventory AOP.
 Developed, documented and implemented consistent process procedures into Honeywell’s Process
Central insuring process audits guidelines were met. Conducted training sessions and monitored
progress of all users, which assured effective transition. Successfully met all Sarbanes-Oxley, corporate
and ISO9001 audits.
 Knowledgeable in ERP applications, cleaned up database in 2 legacy systems for migration into main
system. Created task forces to focus on and analyze tactical issues such as setups and procedures
insuring minimal data errors.
Manager,Inventory Project & Planning 2001 – 2004
Reported inventory metrics to both the Director and Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain. Led both
AT- Phoenix and CAP (starting 6/04) in the development of consistent, executable inventory management
systems and processes that resulted in exceeding AOP targets. Consulted with CAP on creating more
disciplined inventory management processes, enabling the organization to meet their AOP targets.
Reduced inventory from $120M to $26M, exceeding all AOP goals.
 Engaged Sourcing, Production Planning, Manufacturing and Quality to develop and implement a total
material delivery system (Kanban Signaling System & Kanban Signaling Forecast) that utilized the Six
Sigma Plus processes. The application enabled substantial improvements in supplier on-time delivery,
quality performance greater than 15% and reduced inventory exceeding AOP targets. The forecasting
module in this application used the Flex Fence technology ensuring a stable forecast to suppliers and
eliminating expedites.
 Using Six Sigma Plus and Lean processes, led the production planners/master schedulers to design and
implement master production schedule process improvements that resulted in 100% on-time delivery to
customers, greater than 100% cash flow linearity and permanent inventory management process
improvements.
