 Developing monthly and quarterly Business review reports for analyzing the business scenario.
 Capacity utilization and planning according to Standard time study.
 Line balancing and productivity improvement through Stop watch and FLO analysis.
 Look after the Daily Production Problems & System Updating of daily production & Material
 Liaison with various departments namely purchase engineering, stores and production, planning
& control to ensure smooth operations at the production lines and with design department in case
of any design or drawing related issue.
