• Giving guidelines to the employee on VISA interview at US consulate.
• Booking the appointment with US visa consulates on behalf of BEP company
• Intimating the employee to apply for SSN & I-94 application in USA.
• Creating a travel request in system applications for employees
• Co-coordinating with travel vendor in creating onsite travel request
• Make process improvement and modifying the processes as when there are
updates in immigration process of countries
• Follow system for verification of documents required for processing
applications.
• Understanding Immigration laws and Internal Policies to ensure compliance
(Immigration Law Do's & Don’ts and Consulate Procedures)
• Resolving queries/issues received & guiding employees on visa
applications
• Be the face of GI team at location, front ending employees directly on
immigration aspects

• Weekly/Daily report generation and analyzing the progress of the cases to
ensure smooth functioning and timely receipt of approvals, Handle audit
requirement on immigration at the city location
• Monitoring expiry of Visas
