managed services method of project execution . The application maintenance& support process is based on the
defined SLAs in the SOW document.
ManagingOrder Management and Master Files cluster of applicationsunder Supply Chain Management process of
PepsiCo –FLNA division.
Order Management System is a suiteof applicationsthatis used to track,manage and process orders.
It is closely coupled with other Supply Chain processes such as Inventory Management, Warehouse Management
and Transportation Management.
Order Management process involves
• Creation and adjustment of orders
• Validatingtheinformation on the orders (products, source,destination)
• Sending the order information to Warehouse Management systems for picking
• Receiving information back from WMS and generating the manifests/invoices.

Master files serves as the heart of the whole Supply Chain system as itis a repository of the master data,supplying
it in batch processes to all the tracks .It will be replaced by SAP in 2017.

 Managing the Maintenance and Enhancement project team of 16 talents at offshore
 Managingthe day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
 Worked closely with the OnsiteProject Management Team for planningand executing the
Project and in identifyingthe risks to mitigate them .
Focused teams on business objectives and tracked progress to ensure project milestones were completed on
time, on budget and with the desired results.
 Encouraged the team to come up with Continuous Improvement ideas every period and ensured those ideas
are logged in PepsiCo’s PEPnet environment and benefits realized by Business Users
 Managed many CRs in the project (enhancement requirements). This includes proper planningof talents,their
onboarding, providing KTand trackingthe different lifecyclephases .
 Anchor for Knowledge Management Framework. Defined various levels of Knowledge as levels,L100, L200,
L300 and L400, assigned tasks for each if the levels and ensured each talent scales up their knowledge and
completes those tasks as per the defined timelines.
 Attends One to One discussion with Senior PepsiCo Manager every week to discuss aboutProjectstatus and

 Ensured the team got the proper transition fromthe previous vendor (Wipro & Mind Tree limited) likeKT,
Reverse KT , RKT score,Shadow support, Primary Support and Steady State supportby effective followup with
the senior leadership of Wipro & Mind Tree limited.
 Prepared status reports to communicate to relevant stakeholders every week and every period
 Through effective Problem Management (back logincidents from previous softwarevendor), existingissues in

 Managed a team sizeof 52 talents at offshore. There were about 16 modules involved .
 Technologies involved : Java,Main Frame , Oracle ,DB2 etc..
 Managed the entire SDLC Phases (Requirements gathering & analysis( Exitcriteria :BRD (business
requirement document) , BRL (business requirement list) , Design documentation , Estimates, Build ,SONAR
report, Code Rework, UT, System Integration Testing, Load run , Requirements Traceability, UAT , Prod
implementation , Hyper care , KT to the Support team & Shadow support).
 Ensured the Code quality is tested and adhered to by the implementation of SONAR report (Sonar will locally
analyzethe code and generate reports from many analyzers ).
 Ensured the Statistical ProcessControl (SPC) , Defects Prevention analysis ,Fish boneanalysisfor defects &
Casual analysis charts wereprepared and the results were fixed and implemented .

This project Reduce costof integration , enables for future growth and improve data consistency. Lawson is an HRMS packageand new hiredata is stored in LAWSON and later updated in HRDW. Lawson as a whole includes Hiring,Career Development, Compensation Management, Security / Compliance Management, Incentive Management, Time Management, Termination, Reports & HR Data Management for the Associates of Wal Mart. Responsibilities  Managed a team sizeof 52 talents at offshore. There were about 16 modules involved .  Technologies involved : Java,Main Frame , Oracle ,DB2 etc..  Managed the entire SDLC Phases (Requirements gathering & analysis( Exitcriteria :BRD (business requirement document) , BRL (business requirement list) , Design documentation , Estimates, Build ,SONAR report, Code Rework, UT, System Integration Testing, Load run , Requirements Traceability, UAT , Prod implementation , Hyper care , KT to the Support team & Shadow support).  Ensured the Code quality is tested and adhered to by the implementation of SONAR report (Sonar will locally analyzethe code and generate reports from many analyzers ).  Ensured the Statistical ProcessControl (SPC) , Defects Prevention analysis ,Fish boneanalysisfor defects & Casual analysis charts wereprepared and the results were fixed and implemented .  Was managingthe MileStone reporting every month and quarterly Metrics report  Was doingthe invoicingevery month for the entire People system team ( a head count of 120 team members( both offshore & onsite).  Was managingthe budgets in the systems(PBS, OMS, Ciara,Deal pricingsystemetc…) for the entire project team members (103 offshore + 19 at onsite).  Ensured a smooth delivery in to the production environment by through monitoring of all phases of SDLC.
