TOPIC – “PEER PERCEPTION ON THE PSYCHOSOCIAL FACTORS OF
ADOLESCENTS WITH TYPE I DIABETES”.
Work Experience - 1
Worked as a teacher in an Islamic School called “AL – HIKMAH” from June 2006
– August 2009 . It’s a weekend school which operates only on Saturday afternoons. I joined
in as the teacher of Grade III. In 6 months time was promoted to Grade V and then to
Grade VII. Handled the AHYC (Al – Hikmah Youth Club) for students above 14 yrs from
2008-2009.
WHAT IS THE MOTTO OF THE YOUTH CLUB :
 The main motto is to make classes innovative and interesting for the students so that
they do not get bored with the monotonous classes and learn their religion in a fun
filled atmosphere.
 We also include many extra curricular activities and competitions such as
PowerPoint presentations, Skits, Quiz competitions etc so that the students can
come out of their nut shells and bring out their talents in various fields.

X SEED a flagship program of iDiscoveri Education is a leading education innovation company focused on learning and leadership with high-quality proprietary curriculum, training, and assessment capability. Role and Responsibilities  In charge of 20 schools in Tamil Nadu.  Training and guiding teachers to implement X SEED in the right way.  In constant touch with the Correspondents and Principals of the schools to ensure X SEED is working well.  Frequent visits to the schools assigned, to observe the teachers.  Doing Demo’s in the schools to help teachers understand that it is not impossible to follow the X SEED curriculum. The demo’s done mostly focus on the key aspects such as classroom management, time management, resource management etc.  Responsible for renewals of the schools and also in getting the timely payment from them.
