Customer Service Representative
Assisted customer’s with their banking needs from providing information about their personal accounts, to
making changes or updates to their accounts. Met once a week with the floor manager to go over level of
customer care and accuracy, evaluating specific calls as needed, and met with a representative from our
customer care department once a week to likewise evaluate specific calls for accuracy in provided information,
and to grade the level of customer satisfaction and service.
 Fielded inbound customer calls, and provided information or service via Capital One’s designated computer
program.
 Promoted bank products that best fit the customer’s needs, increasing the level of business between the
company and existing customers as well as establishing relationships with new customers.

The most recent employment was under the company name Protocall Communications and was as a contractor
for Constellation Energy, an energy provider that offer discounted and set rates for the gas and/or electric being
provided by particular service providers. Involved explaining the benefits of the energy program to the overall

costs of the customer’s monthly bill, and walked them through their personal bills to show them where and how
they would see the impact. Earlier employment was with the same owners but under the company name NOVO
1 as a contractor for both Verizon business to business internet connections, and Sprint mobile phone service,
navigating between the different campaigns as directed. Duties in both instances included;
 Trouble shooting enrollments/activations, additions, and renewals
 Interaction stemming from both warm and cold calls through an autodial, multi-line system
 Filing and maintaining detailed records for verification and tracking purposes to include office policies,
service enrollments and agreements, and other confidential records

Smoothie Stand Operator
Commanded a smoothie refreshment stand located in the gym on the college campus. Responsible for
generating consistent daily business, assisting regulars while continuously drawing in new customers using any
method of my choosing. The stand was open 5 days a week, eight hours out of the day, and I was the only
operator. I communicated with my manager over the phone, as her office was located at another building nearer
to the cafeteria. Our only face to face contact outside of emergencies was when she assigned my beginning cash
drawer, or closed my drawer out for the evening, or when it was time for me to order or restock my inventory.
 Maintained a daily cash drawer with a startup of $500; cashed out orders, completed and kept record of all
sales receipts, transactions, and opening and closing paperwork.
 Organized, set up, dismantled, re-stocked, and cleaned equipment and/or merchandise as needed daily.

Involved door to door interaction and enrollment under a direct sales approach. Maintained detailed records and
