Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for various reports, documentation preparation, preparation of
attendants time sheet, presenting daily reports to the documentation manager, keep

members' offices, along with provides hospitality service arrangements as requested
by staff.
• Maintains and updates lists of contact numbers of company’s personnel, clients,
hiring agencies, suppliers and others.
• Encoding the fuel consumption, repair and maintenance of the vehicles and supplies
needed in the office as per reference in the computer.
• To assists the utility workers for completing the daily time record and leave form.
• File incoming inter-office correspondence and communication.
• To perform other task that may assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Issuing engineering deliverable with a transmittal attached to the client site including
utilities and offsite and test packages.
• Sending and receiving faxes and mail of all company and distributes them to the
concerned persons in the division for necessary actions.
