· During the end of the year of 2015 into the year of 2016 I was a lead sales associate at TCC T-Mobileat
their Elmhurst location. I had key holder responsibilities as well as customer serviceresponsibilities.
SALES
· I currently am employed at Best Buy as a Geek Squad Service Consultant. My daily tasks consist of
taking care of customer appointments, questions, and technical problems. T-Mobilewould also file
under sales experience and customer service.
COMMUNICATION
· I would say and others would agree, I can turn an aggressive and unbearable conversation with a
customer, into a well off and amazing feedback review.I exceed in understanding and providing
customers withthe support and answers they need. Communication is definitely a strong suite for me
as wellas showing empathy towards customer concerns.

· On an average day at T-Mobile I had a variety of responsibilities that needed to be fulfilled. Things such
as quotas, sales, and most importantly customer satisfaction. My aim throughout the day was toexceed

year of me working at T-Mobile I never once acquired a single negative mark towards me.
