Mr. Sherwood served as a business process analyst and statistician on site for the
Department of Justice/FBI since March 2008. In addition to serving as the Project lead
for a diverse team of professionals, his on-site work encompassed the following:
Mr. Sherwood provides daily analysis (through the use of graphical displays using
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) on all operational and financial aspects of the NNCP to
include program measurements, personnel production measurements, and desk specific
measurements for billable and non-billable programs supported by the NNCP. He
works closely with management to recommend programmatic changes that will provide
for work efficiencies in the allocation of personnel. He maintains the primary
production database which is updated bi-weekly and monthly prepares updates that
NNCP uses to brief management at FBI HQ. He participates, as required, in meetings
to recommend changes to operational procedures, provides metrics training to all new
employees, and biyearly holds formal metrics classes for managers and supervisory
personnel.
2. Prior to his on-site work with the FBI Mr. Sherwood was involved in: Business
Process Re-engineering; gathering, documenting or validating customer requirements;
developing an application definition solution; providing the final systems
configurations; and a plan for how the solution is to be delivered in terms of specific
deliverables and milestones for Viewstar/G360 implmentations. Responsible for
clearly and specifically documenting the above and obtaining customer signoff of the
specifications before the implementation process continues. Mr. Sherwood was the
deputy PM on the PA SERS Content Management contract; deputy on a large
integration effort at the FCC in which a manual process was moving to becoming a
web-based process; and he acted as the Project Manager for the implementation and
training phases of the U.S. Dept. of State Foreign Service Nationals project.
As a PM he is required to ensure all project deliverables and milestones are provided
on time and within budget and written customer signoffs are received; also sees that
billing and invoicing for same occurs on schedule.

Was responsible for all day to day operations (24/7 operation) to include facility
management, operational processing of all digital and analog operations for over 50 clients
across the east coast. Mr. Sherwood had the daily responsibility for client interface,

job assignments, associated training and when necessary discipline.
Included direct responsibility for over 160 employees operating over three overlapping
shifts and on the weekends and is assisted in this task by 11 “floor managers’.

Mr. Sherwood served as the Senior Project Manager for all State, Local, and Commercial
contracts. In that capacity Mr. Sherwood coordinated all the major projects undertaken by

Mr. Sherwood served as the Project Manager for the Pennsylvania State Employee
Retirement System. In that capacity he managed the functional development of
requirements, development of workflow software to meet the functional requirements, and
the complete implementation of the system to meet the contractual requirements of the
customer. Mr. Sherwood was responsible for all contractual items, deliverables to the
client, training and status reporting on a weekly basis. At the national AIIM show in April
of 2000, this program was awarded the CDIA National Award for the best of show
integrated program.
Mr. Sherwood also oversaw all the personnel involved in maintaining production software
supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s program that provides
nationwide disaster relief support. This system involves 10 regional centers across the
country and involves more than 1600 users.
