· For the last 3.25 yrs. I served as the Parts and Warehouse manager for P.B. Hoidale, including,
the unloading of incoming parts / freight (including steel fuel tanks up to 5,000 gallon, UPS,
FedEx, and various LTL trucks)
· In charge of keeping the warehouse stocked with needed parts.
· Kept track of Inventory, ordered parts as needed for stock, customer orders and up-coming
jobs (installations)
· Pulled parts for customer orders for shipping and over the counter sales also pulled parts for
technicians as needed and pulled the parts for job installations.

2. · Took care of shipping parts out to customers & other branches, and keeping logs of shipping
costs.
· Labeling of parts and keeping stock rotated as needed.
· Took care of over the counter sales (inside sales).
· Took care of warranty issues.
· Customer service for most customers, (if I couldn't help them, I found someone who could)
· Also helped the technicians in the field as needed.
· For the first 10 years I was a field technician for the company working on c-store, truck stop
and fleet fuel, lube, lift and air equipment.
· Have used heavy equipment for over 30 yrs. including but not limited to; indoor forklifts,
outdoor all-terrain fork-trucks, backhoes and trenchers.
