· Constantly asked customers if they wanted to upgrade their meal to a combo. Recommended items that I believed they
would enjoy and always announced what newproducts we had in the store. Also sold software programs when I work
at the help deskjob.

· Gained the respect of fellow coworkers by not being afraid to ask questions. That motivated them to also not be afraid
to ask questions and knewit was okay if they didn’t know the answer.
