Results-based management (RBM) is a strategy that focuses on performance and achieving goals. RBM aims to manage interventions to ensure their relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and impact. It provides a logical model to identify expected results and the necessary inputs and activities. The RBM process involves assessing the current situation, planning how to achieve goals by determining what needs to be done, carrying out the plan, and reviewing outcomes to learn lessons for the future.
