Title and Credits ,[object Object],Fonts and Colours FONT  font  Font  Font   Font   Font  Font I  I have decide to choice a very simple and formal font of  Arial  it’s a very well know and used font which people recognize and is easy to read. With my earlier project I spend a lot of time researching fonts, looking on the internet to download a shocking and different font this caused problems choosing a simple but effective options this project.

In this documentary I will be finding out the real story of London’s homeless So how long have you been homeless? What was your reason? What happened? Tell us about your life on the street? Do you think you will get out of the situation? Have you received any help? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time? Conclusion (unfortanty I will have to script this after the interviews) I am allowing change in the script as I do not know what to expect with the responses.

Chess Homeless Centre Due to weather and other issues I couldn’t get to my first location to film my documentary luckily I was told about a homeless centre just down the road from the college where my filming took place. http://www.chelmsfordchess.org/ http://www.chelmsfordchess.org/
Images   This are my first edits of my images that I was going to use for my advert and newspaper focus however I due to the camera I was using when shooting them the quality isn’t good enough for them to be blown up to A4 size. Also I had other design ideas that came later in the process of project after more research. So I came up with a new idea due to lack of time and planning……. Issues I resolved
Images   You can see here how I came up with the background of the advert cropping down images that I have taken of my friends changing the colour to greyscale then copy and pasting them to come up with this effect . Background effect
Newspaper Advert You can see how I came up with the background on publisher. This are the conventions I have tried to convey : -Eye catching -Lager clear fonts  -Bright colours -Catchy slogan  -Clear meaning and understanding
Newspaper Focus   My original layout and draft of my focus has to be scrapped due to the change in content of my documentary.   However I still stuck to my original ideas of sticking to a newspaper focus conventions with my planned columns and large title explain what the article is about. -Large title -Columns  -Image of chess logo -Sample of advert -Formal language

Editing Documentary   Editing my documentary was quite simple. -Changed to black and white -Transitions used was push and over lap -Cut 46mins to 5mins -Music added to beginning titles at end -Titles where simple centred text in white on black background -Included image at beginning titles
Feedback  I have created a questionnaire to get feedback from my class members.
Evaluation   Main issues I have come across with this project….. Time and Location   Time  - I spend too much time on the planning and research of this project, far too much time on youtube looking at similar products. Also I didn’t plan enough time for editing and though I would be able to get all my images and film in one shot which was wrong. Location  – I planned to do all my filming and photo shoots in London which I was unable to do due to the weather and time. I had to relocate to Chelmsford which wasn’t ideal even though I still found an interesting story I would have preferred to stick to my original plans.

  • 23. Chess Homeless Centre Due to weather and other issues I couldn’t get to my first location to film my documentary luckily I was told about a homeless centre just down the road from the college where my filming took place. http://www.chelmsfordchess.org/ http://www.chelmsfordchess.org/

Images This are my first edits of my images that I was going to use for my advert and newspaper focus however I due to the camera I was using when shooting them the quality isn’t good enough for them to be blown up to A4 size. Also I had other design ideas that came later in the process of project after more research. So I came up with a new idea due to lack of time and planning……. Issues I resolved
  • 25. Images You can see here how I came up with the background of the advert cropping down images that I have taken of my friends changing the colour to greyscale then copy and pasting them to come up with this effect . Background effect
  • 26. Newspaper Advert You can see how I came up with the background on publisher. This are the conventions I have tried to convey : -Eye catching -Lager clear fonts -Bright colours -Catchy slogan -Clear meaning and understanding
  • 27. Newspaper Focus My original layout and draft of my focus has to be scrapped due to the change in content of my documentary. However I still stuck to my original ideas of sticking to a newspaper focus conventions with my planned columns and large title explain what the article is about. -Large title -Columns -Image of chess logo -Sample of advert -Formal language

  • 29. Editing Documentary Editing my documentary was quite simple. -Changed to black and white -Transitions used was push and over lap -Cut 46mins to 5mins -Music added to beginning titles at end -Titles where simple centred text in white on black background -Included image at beginning titles
  • 30. Feedback I have created a questionnaire to get feedback from my class members.
  • 31. Evaluation Main issues I have come across with this project….. Time and Location Time - I spend too much time on the planning and research of this project, far too much time on youtube looking at similar products. Also I didn’t plan enough time for editing and though I would be able to get all my images and film in one shot which was wrong. Location – I planned to do all my filming and photo shoots in London which I was unable to do due to the weather and time. I had to relocate to Chelmsford which wasn’t ideal even though I still found an interesting story I would have preferred to stick to my original plans.
