This document presents a proposed system for reliable content video streaming services for peer-to-peer (P2P) networks using Network Coding Equivalent Content Distribution (NCECD). The existing systems have drawbacks like more buffering time, time spent optimizing large file distribution, and long wait times for videos to load. The proposed system aims to provide interactive video-on-demand services in P2P networks with reduced delay, scalability, flexibility and low latency. It divides videos into segments stored across peer local storage in a distributed manner, allowing clients to pick servers without additional search. This supports dynamic peer networks while solving server load balancing and reducing loading/buffering times.
