with a variety of issues that confront her and those around her. She is fantastic at handling the rigors
of job acclamation and task critical thinking and these are traits that we want all our colleagues to
possess.
Tija should be considered for this position for a variety of salient and dynamic reasons. Tija is a

• She is quick to understand opposing views and seek middle ground. Her ethical grounding
and desire to “make right” in each situation allows Tija to guide others with ease. This
