I had the privilege of working with Trisha Critser for the past year and a half and am
writing with the highest recommendation. Over the course of her career with The Mac
Store and then Simply Mac, Trisha has handled a myriad of positions, rising from a
service admin when she was hired in 2013 to the lead service administrator for our main
service depot in 2014, and then assisting with the transition from The Mac Store to
Simply Mac when we were acquired in March of 2015. Over the course of her tenure
with us she has shown a strong drive to provide the best possible support to customers
both internal and external.
Trisha has exceptional communication skills, working with end users and coworkers to
resolve complicated issues. She also has a strong, hands on approach to problem solving,
with the ability to work with customers in various states of distress, document and
address their concerns, and then provide a positive outcome to a potentially stressful
situation. Trisha is very thorough in her work. She follows each task from beginning to
end, ensuring each process is done to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
I believe Trisha will thrive in any organization that gives her the opportunity to succeed.
She is dependable, faces challenges with an open mind, and is always quick to come up
with solutions to difficult problems.
