14. Elements5. Digital Etiquette:- everyone has the right to express themselves, Digital etiquette is all about understanding peoples points of view and respecting them. Its about the code of behavior that technology users are expected to act.

15. Elements 6. Digital rights and responsibilities is all about understanding that as technology users we are all fortunate enough to poses certain privileges and freedoms, and understanding the expected behavior code in which we as technology users must go by.

16. Elements7. digital laws:- like mentioned before everybody on the net has certain freedoms, basically digital law is all about the legal restrictions and limitation that people on the net or using technology should stick to. For example not downloading pirated movies or songs.

17. Elements 8. digital health and welfare:- mainly this element focuses on the emotional and physical state of those using technology, this element priorities are maintaining those states.Examples of unhealthy use of technology:- texting while driving, cyber-bulling, repetitive strain injury.
