The document discusses reconciliation between man and God. It explains that man was separated from God due to sin. Both Jews and Gentiles need forgiveness. The New Testament identifies that reconciliation occurs in Christ, where man receives forgiveness of sins and redemption through His blood. The New Testament also identifies the body as the church of God, which is made up of those who are sanctified and called as saints in Christ Jesus. The conclusion explains that to be reconciled to God, one must be added to the church by being baptized into Christ and his body.
There is a lot of confusion in Christianity as to who is a believer. Some say a believer is one who confess Christ as their Lord and Savior. Others say you are only a believer if you have confess Christ Jesus and live a Godly life. Both audio and slides can be enjoyed together at www.cmcoc.org
Sermon by Brian Birdow
What does now offer to Christians? In Christ we have NOW all these: Our salvation is nearer; we are justified; we are reconciled; we have no condemnation; we are and have light; we have life; we are part of a diving family; we have access to mercy. All of these are available NOW to anyone in Christ.

Want God's Blessings? ---His Covenant Promise to make His People Priests under a Holy Order.---
Once slaves to false gods, then -redeemed to continue Abraham's seed, -fruitfully filling the Holy Land. Delivery from oppressors to be set apart in a Land to know God. God meets with Moses, dwells in tabernacle, signs, wonders, and revelations. Prophets echo the Law, foretelling of a restored Kingdom. New Covenant Concealed. Unfaithful Israel awaits Redemption; Foreshadowing Grace in The Messiah - Priest to Most High God - fulfilling prophecy and Law.
In this lesson we examine the one body of Ephesians 4:4 and how to gain access to the one body. What is the one body is answered and how to behave once in the one body.
Paul reveals to us what the grace of God has done for us as believers. He reveals the power of the Gospel, the message of the cross of Christ and points us to the way in which God works to display His power and wisdom through each of us, so that all of us make our boast in Him alone.

These slides use concepts from my (Jeff Funk) course entitled analyzing hi-tech opportunities to show how wearable technology is becoming more economically feasible. Rapid improvements in microprocessors, memory, cameras, displays, cellular processors, WiFi, and other sensors are improving the economics of wearable computing. These slides describe wearable computing devices for the detailed parts of the arm (fingers, hand, wrist), body (chest, neck, waist, shoulders, torso), legs (thighs, ankles, feet), and head. (ear, eyes, forehead). They provide price and other performance data, functions that can be performed, and predictions for the future.

These are the slides from a talk I did for our youth group on having a Biblical worldview with emphasis on the 12 questions raised in "A World of Difference" by Kenneth Richard Samples
Second in the series on How to Pray for Revival. The first message was on why we need to pray desperate prayers. This one says we must pray repentant prayers. We use the Asbury College Revival on February 3, 1970 as a beautiful example of this truth.
Homily: The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity Sunday 2024.docxJames Knipper
Countless volumes have been written trying to explain the mystery of three persons in one true God, leaving us to resort to metaphors such as the three-leaf clover to try to comprehend the Divinity. Many of us grew up with the quintessential pyramidal Trinity structure of God at the top and Son and Spirit in opposite corners. But what if we looked at this ‘mystery’ from a different perspective? What if we shifted our language of God as a being towards the concept of God as love? What if we focused more on the relationship within the Trinity versus the persons of the Trinity? What if stopped looking at God as a noun…and instead considered God as a verb? Check it out…

Renewed in Grace
In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
The Book of Joshua is the sixth book in the Hebrew Bible and the Old Testament, and is the first book of the Deuteronomistic history, the story of Israel from the conquest of Canaan to the Babylonian exile.

Reconciliation
1. Reconciled In One Body
Ephesians 2:16
Why Does Man Need Reconciliation? He was separated
from God as a result of sin, Isaiah 59:1-4. Sins that he
committed, Ephesians 2:1-3. Mankind- Both Jew and
Gentile needs forgiveness. Romans 1:18-29
Some Important Questions
Why the need of reconciliation?
By what means is this accomplished?
Where does this occur?
Who is to be reconciled?
What is this one body?
The New Testament Will Give Us The Answer
2. Where Is Man Reconciled to God?
• The same place where he receives forgiveness of sins and
redemption through His blood, Ephesians 1:7-9
• In Christ we have
– All spiritual blessings (1:3).
– His chosen ones (1:4).
– Redemption through blood (1:7).
– The forgiveness of sins (1:7).
– Salvation (2 Tim. 2:10).
– Son-ship of God (Galatians 3:26).
• These are the results of reconciliation
3. What Does the New Testament
Identify as the Body?
• “The church of God which is at Corinth” (1
Corinthians 1:2)
– A Local Church “at Corinth
– “Them which are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to
be saints”
– Sanctified– – Saints
– The Universal Church- “every place”
– “With all that call upon the name of our Lord Jesus. ..”
(1:2
– Called upon the name of the Lord– – saved
4. – 1 Corinthians 12:27; Ephesians 1:22, 23
– Colossians 1:18; 24
• Will only members of the Church of Christ be
saved?
– Some important questions
– Who is the Judge?
– Where can I read his decision?
– Who is the Saviour of the saved?
– What does the Judge state about the church and
the saved?
– You must ask and find the answer to these
questions
5. The record of the Judge
• Only few will be saved (Matthew 7:13-14; 22:14).
• Many will be lost (Matthew 7:22-23).
• Only those who believe (John 3:16) & obey Jesus
(Hebrews 5:8-9).
• Unbelievers and disobedient are lost (John 8:24, 2
Thessalonians 1:7-9
• The saved are added to the church (Acts 2:47).
• Jesus will present the church to Himself (Ephesians
5:27)
• Jesus built one church (Ephesians 4:4).
• There is one and only one body, the church (Ephesians
1:23; 5:23).
6. CONCLUSION
• Be Ye Reconciled to God (2 Corinthians 5:20)
• God has placed reconciliation in Christ that
“we might be made the righteousness of God
in Him” (5:21).
• To be in Christ we must be “added to the
church” (Acts 2:47) having been “baptized into
Christ” (Romans 6:3, 4) and “into his body” (1
Corinthians 12:13).
