Jesus uses some things but not others to draw men to himself for salvation. He does not use direct operation of the Holy Spirit, offers of political power, material wealth, worldly popularity, an easy life, social prestige, or worldly entertainment. Instead, he uses what is revealed about himself in scripture, his love, death, resurrection, and life, as well as the offers of rest, peace, forgiveness of sins, reconciliation with God, security, fellowship, and eternal life. Men must be drawn to Jesus to be saved according to the Bible.

Moses bid farewell to Israel by reminding them of the Law of God. He reviewed the Ten Commandments (Deut. 5:1-22). Then he went on to cover various ordinances of the Law (Deut. 6-26).
He put before them a choice between life and death (Deut. 30:11-20). If they obeyed, there was life. If they disobeyed, there was death.
The choice is that simple for us: life or death through obedience or disobedience.
This lesson examines Moses’ words and makes application of these principles from the New Testament: (1) God’s command is for us; (2) God’s command is the difference between life/good and death/evil; (3) Choose life.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
Homily: The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity Sunday 2024.docxJames Knipper
Countless volumes have been written trying to explain the mystery of three persons in one true God, leaving us to resort to metaphors such as the three-leaf clover to try to comprehend the Divinity. Many of us grew up with the quintessential pyramidal Trinity structure of God at the top and Son and Spirit in opposite corners. But what if we looked at this ‘mystery’ from a different perspective? What if we shifted our language of God as a being towards the concept of God as love? What if we focused more on the relationship within the Trinity versus the persons of the Trinity? What if stopped looking at God as a noun…and instead considered God as a verb? Check it out…

The Chakra System in our body - A Portal to Interdimensional Consciousness.pptxBharat Technology
each chakra is studied in greater detail, several steps have been included to
strengthen your personal intention to open each chakra more fully. These are designed
to draw forth the highest benefit for your spiritual growth.
1. What Jesus Uses to Draw Men unto
Himself? John 12:32
• Believing the Bible to be the inerrant word of
God, Acts 4:12 states “neither is there salvation
in any other: for there is none other name
given among men whereby we must be saved.”
• This being true then we see men must be
drawn to Jesus to be saved. There are some
things Jesus uses to draw men and some things
He does not use.
• Our focus will be between the two.
2. Some Things Jesus Does Not Use.
• Direct operation of the Holy Spirit (John 6:44, 45; 14:26; 16:7-
13; 17:20).
• An offer of political power (Matt. 20:20-28; John 18:36)
• An offer of material wealth (Lk. 9:57,58).
• An offer of worldly popularity (John. 15:19; Acts 28:22; 1 Cor.
4:13).
• An offer of a life of ease (Matt. 10:34-36; Phil. 1:29; 2 Cor.
11:22-27)
• An offer of social prestige (1 Cor. 1:26; Mk. 12:37)
• An offer of worldly entertainment.
• Singing with instruments, concerts, choirs, quartets, etc.
• No dances, bingo games, etc.
• No plays, skits and puppet shows.
3. Some Things Jesus Does Use
• Things revealed in His word about himself (John 6:44, 45; 17:20)
• His love (2 Cor. 5:14, 15; 1 John 4:19)
• His death/blood (Rom. 5:8; Matt. 26:28; Heb. 9:22)
• His resurrection (Rom. 4:25; 1 Cor. 15:1-4)
• His life (2 Cor. 5:21; 1 Pet. 2:21-23)
• Things revealed in His word about His offers (Eph. 1:3)
• Rest (Matt. 11:28-30)
• Peace (John 16:33; Phil 4:7).
• Remission/forgiveness of sins (Matt. 26:28; Acts 2:38).
• Reconciliation (2 Cor. 5:18-20; Eph. 2:16)
• Intercession (Rom. 8:34)
• Security (Rom. 8:28-39)
• Fellowship (1 John 1:3, 6, 7, 9).
• Escape from eternal punishment (1 Thess. 1:10; 2 Thess. 1:7-9)
• Entrance into eternal life (John 6:68; Matt. 25:46; 1 Pet. 1:3-5)
4. Conclusion:
•Are you being drawn to Jesus today by these
facts and promises?
• Why not come to him today by obedience
to the gospel?
•If you have left him, why not be drawn back
to Him?
•Remember, “neither is there salvation in any
other”
•Only salvation found in Jesus
