PRONI Center for youth development provides a recommendation letter for Adina Halilovic. Dear Sir / Madam,
Adina Halilovic is volunteer in PRONI Center for youth development since February 2012 to
now. In this period she was running couple of projects for youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
supporting work of our organization and representing PRONI on number of conferences, trainings
and similar events.
During our collaboration Adina has shown great motivation to work within the civil society
organization working in youth filed, and also in cooperation with other CSOs and institutions. She
was working on the preparation and implementation of projects, preparing, design and implementing
trainings, as well as presenting our work in different occasions. She was also establishing and
maintaining good contacts with other institutions and organizations on behalf of PRONI when asked
to do so.
Adina is a very good worker and very consistent to become acquainted with all areas of
work. As volunteer she has shown great effort in the implementation of the given tasks. She is very
flexible, organized, communicative and responsible person simply cooperates with local and state
authorities, public institutions, customers, the media and other partners of our organization.
Working with Adina daily, gives you a team player and a person who is willing to learn, to
constantly improve and support others in their professional and personal development.
PRONI appreciates all the help and contribution that she give us as volunteer. We are very
proud to have her as our member and volunteer. She shows great interest in development of youth,
and their role in BiH.
Having all this in mind, I can honestly recommend Adina to work on projects of civil society
organizations, with in donor institutions on different projects and in direct cooperation with the
institutions and other stake holder.
