Communications and Training Coordinator for the USAID Catalyzing Clean Energy in
Bangladesh Project.
Ms. Chowdhury has worked on this project since the inception in January 2013 and during this
time has been a key staff member with significant responsibilities and tasks in the training and
communications areas. While employed on the CCEB project Ms. Chowdhury has: established
the communications protocols, methodologies, standards for the Project; designed and
implemented our project web site (http://www.cleanenergy-bd.org); handled all outreach
communications and programs; organized both in-country and offshore training programs,
developed office procedures and manuals, maintained liaison with other stakeholders; and
assumed the primary role of communications with our Client, USAID.
Ms. Chowdhury is a dedicated professional with particularly superior skills in: communications
(Bengali and English) both written and oral, design of outreach materials, organization, time
management, interpersonal relation, Client relations, and training program organization and
management. She is an enthusiastic employee who exhibits the highest degree of professionalism
and has earned the deep respect of her peers, associates, and supervisors.
I understand that Raisa is leaving the firm to pursue an advanced degree and we wish her success
in her endeavor. She leaves the firm in good standing and would be eligible to re-join Deloitte
