Assessment is conducted at the Division Office.
 The number of positions allotted for every district should
remain in the district. The item or position of MTs cannot
be transferred from one district to another.
 Ranking of HT and MT positions (Secondary level)
should be by subject area.
 All papers for reclassification must always pass through
the Office of the Division HRMO, for evaluation, using
the prescribed evaluation sheet.
 All photo copies of the supporting documents must be
duly authenticated by the Records Officer.
