My duties in this role include
• Inbound calls from customers discussing and paying arrears. Establishing the root cause for arrears and setting
up payment plans.
• Outbound calls from a dialler system, again discussing arrears and establishing root cause.
• Ensuring correct actions are taken on delinquent accounts, ie. Letters, external agent assignment and phone
calls.
• I am also a member of the collection support team, specialising in repossessions. Assigning accounts for
repossession ensuring all the correct checks have been carried out. As part of this role I also prepare files for
collection of vehicles under Voluntary Termination.
• Taking calls from customers whose accounts are very high in arrears and discussing options, these customers ma
already be assigned for repossession or external agent assignment.
