This document describes a 21-statement survey called the Attitudes Toward Change instrument that is used to gauge a person's attitude toward change in the workplace. Respondents are asked to rate on a scale of 1 to 7 how well each statement describes them, with 1 being "Never" and 7 being "Always". The statements cover topics like openness to new ideas, support for change initiatives, and reactions to changes in general. The survey was developed by Dunham et al. in 1989.
