Attitudes Toward Change instrument (Dunham et al., 1989). 
The following 21 statements will gauge your attitude toward change by circling the number that is the 
most appropriate for you (1 = Never, 7 = Always) 
1. I look forward to change at work

5. Most of my co-workers benefit from change
