Reader Profile
Hi, my name is Alisha and I am 17 years old. I live in Croydon and am
a sixth form student studying media, philosophy, psychology and
economics. My interests and hobbies are mostly socialising with
friends, using social media and listening to music but I also enjoy
doing activities which involve teamwork, as this would help me in my
coming years. I find it quite difficult to divide my time between my
social life and my college life as the work burden is quite heavy and
the subjects I have chosen are quite demanding. However, I am very
determined and will put in all my effort in order to achieve the
grades I desire.
In my free time, I love to shop and spend time with friends and
family. I mostly buy makeup, shoes and jewellery and keep up with
the latest fashion by watching catwalks and reading magazines like
the ‘Vogue’ and ‘Glamour’. I really love music and my favourite genre
is RnB, Hip Hop and Pop; I keep up-to-date with all the latest hits and
albums.
At college, I am considered to be a very determined and hard-
working student and I take this as a compliment and feel very proud
about it. I am looking forward to the year ahead and hope to leave
college with outstanding grades.
