He is currently the Managing Director of DSI Group, which he founded in 1995 and has since expanded across India, the US, and Singapore. Under his leadership, DSI Group has experienced significant revenue growth, formed strategic partnerships with major companies, and employed over 300 professionals. Prior to founding DSI Group, Mehta spent 15 years at Tata Consultancy Services in various human resources roles, becoming a strategic planner.
