- RBS has hundreds of satellite offices around the globe—thousands of loan-officers generating millions of loans worth billions of dollars. Before HotDocs, it was taking RBS staff three days to qualify an applicant, approve a loan, and produce documentation. After deploying HotDocs, they had cut the total time investment to under an hour.
- Simple overview of the process. Ephesoft looks at documents from several sources, adds value to these documents and then passes the documents and information on to other systems that can use that information. Ephesoft is not a repository or document or data retrieval system, but is a “value add” document pre processing application.
- Ephesoft was created and is managed by experts in the capture industry who believed there was a better way to deliver this technology to people who needed it, both enterprise and those who could not afford the large price tags and huge time investment to learn other capture platforms.
