The document describes a proposed new evacuation device for high-rise buildings consisting of a special spiral slide. A scale model of the slide was tested experimentally to analyze evacuation efficiency. Motion simulation was also performed to assess safety. The slide is designed with one to two rounds per floor at a minimum 25 degree slope to allow smooth evacuation. Experimental results estimated evacuation of people from a height of 12 meters within 7 minutes. The proposed slide is intended to provide an alternative evacuation method requiring minimal physical effort compared to traditional staircases.
