There are more reported rape cases in India compared to other countries due to factors like a backward legal system, lack of sex education, and a narrow-minded society. A study found that 70% of people believe rape is more common than other crimes in India. Suggestions to reduce rape include increasing sex education awareness, reducing gender discrimination, improving communication between parents and children, strengthening laws against rape, and legalizing prostitution. In conclusion, India had the highest number of reported rapes in 2014 and is termed the 'rape capital of the world' due to societal attitudes toward women and shortcomings in laws and education.

There are two types of distractions - the first one is external and the second one internal. The external distractions can be controlled by choosing the correct location of work and eliminating those objects that distract where as the internal distractions keep one hunting to irreparable damages.
Ten points of internal distractions that could be eliminated are :
External Distractions
External distraction forces can be stopped by choosing appropriate place of practice and keeping away from intruders like guests, friends or relatives, emails and messages, phone calls, TVs, video games, pets, etc

Feminism is a range of political movements, ideologies, and social movements that share a common goal: to define, establish, and achieve political, economic, personal, and social rights for women that are equal to those of men.[1][2] This includes seeking to establish equal opportunities for women in education and employment. Feminists typically advocate or support the rights and equality of women.

Violence against Women with Special Reference to Domestic Violence Act, 2005ijtsrd
This paper examine violence against women emanates from the social hypothesis of superiority of men over women. Insubordination of women legitimizes gender violence and grants social sanction to the ignoble treatment meted out to women. Manifestations of violence encompass physical aggression, such as blows of varying intensity, burns, sexual abuse and rape, physiological violence through insults, humiliation, coercion, blackmail, economic and emotional threats and control over speech, action and behavior. In extreme cases the result of this violence is death. The incidence of violence prevalent in man woman relationship takes place in the context of the family, state and society. In most cases the male aggression towards women and girls remains tacit, hidden or unrevealed. silence and humbler. It always involves violence, stealing and assault.Yet
the legal punishment for it, when it can be proven- which is difficult is
lighter than most other crimes.

7. Research methodology
Method used:-
In this research the Questionnaire method is being
used for the collection of data.
Questionnaire method:- A questionnaire consist of
set of questions which are mailed to the
respondents who are expected to read and
understand the questions n to fill that questions by
their particular answers n than send back that
questions to the researcher.
8. Size of sample :-
In this survey the size of sample through
which we collected the data are about 60
peoples.
Area of sampling:-
Campus of JayotiVidyapeethWomen’s University,
Jaipur, Rajasthan.
9. FINDINGS
Through our survey we came to know that 70% of
population think that rape is committed more than other
crimes, And 95% of the population think that the
punishment given for rape is not sufficient, and they also
agree on the point that movies also tempt to commit rape,
most of the people of population says that the young
generation misuses the technology which lead them to the
wrong path and due to which they commit rape. Moreover
most of the people agreed that the law in India is not strict
for the person who commit rape.
10. From the questionnaire prepared we came to know that
most of cases are not reported either because of
communication gap between parents and children or due
to backwardness of society. From our observation we
found that the persons commit rape either because of self
satisfaction, enjoyment or because of aggression n male
dominance. And almost 98% of population says that
awareness of sex education must be provided in every

11. SUGGESTIONS:-
Through our observation we suggest that following measures
could be adopted to reduce increasing rape in India:-
1. Awareness of Sex education should be given to every person
all over India.
2. By reducing the sex discrimination, the rape rate can be
decreased.
3. By reducing the communication gap between parents and
their wards.
4. Parents must keep an eye on the doings of their wards.
5. By improving the narrow thinking of the people of society.
6. By improving the legal system of India and law should be strict
against the person who commits the rape.
7. Prostitution should be made legal so that innocent females
could be saved from being raped.
8. Girls should be trained for self defense.
12. CONCLUSION
Hence, we came to conclusion that in 2014 India was on the
first place relating to rape cases and was termed as RAPE
CAPITAL OFWORLD.
And after comparing we can say that in India more rape cases
are committed other than countries as due to the reasons of
awareness of education, mentality, rules and laws.
And we came to know that we are living in a male dominant
society which is not at all safe for the females. It is the
collective responsibility of everyone to ensure that a women
can live in a safe and secure environment. A lot needs to be
done in this regard to ensure the safety and security of women.
So, the attitude of the society needs to be changed towards
women.
