3.  What is rape?
• Rape or sexual assault involves forced or
nonconsensual sexual acts.

4.  16 dec was the normal day for girl ,who was
returning back after watching a movie with
boy friend.
 On that day, she was reaped brutally by five
men and her friend was beaten till he was
unconsious .
 One of the boy was 17 years of age.
 He was underage so, the maximum
punishment for him would be only 3 years.

was kept in a room for three days without food &
water.
 When her parents went to the police station to the
register a F.I.R, the inspector refuse to do that and
on the top of that he offerd RS.2000 to the father
to the child.

offences like acid attack , stalking
voyeurisn.

remain in office and benifit from the
slow justice system until convicted.
