mechanical Activities (static and dynamic equipment) at the Construction Site
on a day to day basis and report accordingly
 Follow and inspect the construction progress of assigned projects assuring
conformance with design specifications, codes and standard, recommend or
confirm design changes material and equipment substitutes and Review
design packages
 Review and respond to contractors technical queries and coordinate with
Engineering Department on technical issues. Supervise quantity take-offs.
 Monitor contractorQuality Control Program. This includes site inspection for
compliance with contractdocuments, approved submittals and mechanical
codes.
 Review contractor's monthly invoices. Monitor as-built and daily reports on
each contract. Evaluate construction material testing results. Provide technical
supportto the preparation of Field Change Requests and Change Orders

and prepare punch lists.
 Contributes to the development of the various maintenance systems and
processes required for start-up and operations
