LESSONS
LEARNED
• Do co-author, and beware of the power of the
one-sided story
• Don’t be afraid to showcase your awards and
your challenges (why are you recruiting in the
first place?)
• Don’t assume people will shy away from the
camera lens (ambassadors come from all parts
of your organization)
• Do ensure that you’re partnering with
Marketing early and often - using their best
practices, templates, and corporate guidelines
