Job profile:
 Receivingend customers’ orders from Asia, Pacific and Middle East region and
processing them as per the request.
 Coordinating with the production team for the export orders for initiating production
considering the lead time.
 Booking the shipments with shipping line considering the transit time and the ETA
requested by the customer at destination.
 Coordinating with warehouse for stock allocation to the export orders considering the
ETD of the vessel from Australia and the production lead time.
 Inventory management of the stock in export warehouse considering the Best Before
Date/ Shelf life of the Beer in order to provide fresh stock to our customer.
 Coordinating with Australian Customs department for export clearance of the Beer
shipment and regarding other statutory requirements
 Preparation of all commercial docs like commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of
Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Health Certificate, Quarantine Certificate, Phytosanitary

 Responsible for the importing crown seals from Italy, Apple concentrate from China and
Hops extract from USA.
 Responsible for Import clearance and Quarantine inspection.

quality process.
 Analyzing various reports for decision making like demand forecasting, supply planning
etc.

2. Professional Experience
A. 17 Months work experience with Pearson India Education Services as Sr. Team Lead –
Distribution & Inventory Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Handling a team of 38 members including 3 executives and 35 skilled staff.
 Working closely with the sales and product management team in order to have optimum
level of inventory (cycle count, screen printing and scrap &pulp) and space creation in
warehouse.
 Part of monthly S&OP and other key meetings for advance planning of inventory in
synchronization with the sales projections and future sales prospects.
 Part of yearly external audits, quarterly internal audits and monthly quality audits of the
inventory
 Responsible for the vendor selection and vendor management for the logistics & courier
services and coordination with them.
