A) I am presently working in L&T ECC Buildings & Factory Division since July’13 to till
date as M1 i.e. as Manager – Stores in Bangalore.
Job Description:
1. Daily material receipt controlling with proper arrange for stacking material
2. Maintaining proper arrangement of stock with Bin Card System
3. Manpower management and resource planning.
4. Arrangement for proper unloading of raw material
5. Co-ordination of purchase department for maintaining of Minimum stock.
6. Checking of bills PO and send to accounts in proper method.
7. Preparation department wise materials issue reports on weekly & monthly basis
8. Handling Store Independently consumable, Raw Material.
9. Reporting to any discrepancy if found.
10. Maintaining records of Warehoused.
11. Preparation daily Consumption Report.
12. Daily Physical Checking of Critical items.
13. Raising of Debit Notes of Sub Contractors & Presenting them to Accounts Dept.
14. All work of stores doing by using MS Excel & ERP 10 G Software & EIP Software.
15. Receipt of Spares & Consumables as per P.O terms
16. Freight Certification according to the Work Orders.
17. Generation of RGP & NRGP & Subcontract Gate pass as per Procedures & Guidelines.
18. Maintaining of Personal Registers of Employees & Sub Contractors.
19. Stock Transfer Instructions.
20. Fixed Asset Maintenance of Records and Physical Verification Periodically
21. Take the returned material from task/ subcontractors into books/ ledger.
22. Take care of the materials from deterioration and pilferage.
23. Purchases handling for site level Purchase.
24. Giving Clearance to Contractors against Work Orders.
25. Monthly reports maintain and reporting to H.O. = Stock closing, HSD Fuel
consumption report (each equipment/vehicle).
26. DIESEL - Prepare HSD Fuel Consumption Report for Daily HSD Report, Tank Balance
Report, Diesel Average Report Every Week and Every Month.
27. MIS Report & Reconcile every month / Quarterly & Monthly of all Raw material /
Shuttering / Steel /Cement / Diesel / All equipment spare parts and General consumable
items.
28. Stock material or spare parts issued through FIFO, LIFO & AVERAGE PRICE or
WEIGHTED AVERAGE system.
29. Maintain the stock of items orderly as per bin card.
30. Identification of Non Moving Stock and taking the action to reduce the Quantity.
B) I previously worked in Gammon India Ltd, From Feb’12 to June’13 as Regional
Manager for South India Stores. I am looking after 20 Projects Stores which are located
in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. In the above said 20 Projects some are
Building Projects, Some are Road Projects, and some are Chimney & Cooling Tower
Projects and some are Ready mix plants.
Job Description:
1. Every Monthly Site Visits to the A Class Projects i.e. the Projects which are having a
remaining work of more than 300 Cores are consider as A class Projects.
2. For Every 2 months once site visit to B Class Projects i.e. the Projects which are having a
remaining work of less than 300 Cores are consider as B class Projects.
3. In my Site Visit checking and observing the Stores weak areas and bring them to the
Project Manager view and correcting them.
4. Checking the Material Storage Process. Whether the Material is Stored in Proper Process.
5. Checking the Bulk Material Storage like, for Cement Bags, Reinforcement Steel,
Structural Steel, In Shed Material, and Hazardous & Inflammable Material.
6. Collecting the Material Reconciliation Statements from Sites for Bulk Materials and
verifying them whether there is any Wastage or not. If the Wastage is there whether it is
in Company norms or not. After Collecting the Material Reconciliation Statements from
Sites forwarding them to HO Monitoring Head.
7. Daily verification of Material Issue Notes(ISN) in ERP. Whether they are Issued against
the Proper Work Order and for Proper Plant & Machinery.
8. Assigning the Duties & Responsibilities to the Stores Staff Coordinating with Stores In
charge.
9. Man Power allotment to each Store.
10. Giving the Scores for the each and every Store at the end of the month based on the Item
Receipt Note (IRN), Issue Notes(ISN), Material Storage, Material Reconciliation
Received Status, Issue Defect Analysis.
11. Coordinating with Sites Stores to HO Stores and Management.
12. Involving in the sale of scrap.
13. Internal Auditing functions verification.
C) I previously worked in TERRA INFRA Ltd from June’2009 to January’12 as Asst.
Manager in Stores & Purchase at Outer Ring Road Project at Patancheru.
