1. Troubleshooting of SDH,PDH,Ethernet faults.
2. Troubleshooting of SDH circuits ranging from E1 to STM-64 bandwidth.
3. Accountable for planning, provisioning and implementing of circuits (E1’s, DS3, STM-1, STM-4, STM-16, and
STM-64) as per the requirement of customers & for testing purposes.
4. Distinction of coordinating with various National and International carriers like VSNL, PGCIL, Reliance, British

5. Interfacing with different vendors like ECI, and Nortel, Tellabs for Tech Support in case of catastrophic failure

6. Knowledge in working with NORTEL Preside (Element Controller), which is used in Bharti’s Network Operations
Center for monitoring the entire NLD&ILD voice and data network.
7. Having thorough knowledge about the NMS-light soft of ECI used in Bharti’s SDH for the network monitoring
and provisioning of cross connects in our optical rings.
