The main job of the Quantity Surveying team is construction cost control and
therefore ultimately to save the developer money. Raistec Enterprises’ Quantity Surveying team
estimates and monitors construction costs, from the feasibility stage of a project through to the
completion of the construction period and beyond if required. we out our technical and
management team to monitor quantity at every stage of project as follows:
