This document introduces the 7Ps marketing mix model, which consists of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. It provides a brief definition of each element: product refers to the goods or services being offered; price is the revenue-generating element and how much a product costs; place ensures products are conveniently distributed; promotion includes advertising and marketing activities; people includes employees and customers; process refers to how a company's operations work; and physical evidence represents how customers interact with and experience a business.
