STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES
Good choices of locations-from the feedback
that I got given my choice of locations were very
well responded to the genre of film. I think I this
is partly because I managed to use the right
shots and camera positions in order to give off
the atmosphere that I wanted, to the audience.
Sound- Again in the feedback I got good
responses about my use of sound. This was a
difficult part for me to work with because I had
to ensure I chose the right backing music for my
footage however, once I got it right and chose
the sound effects to add the tension;I think this
became one of my strengths.
Title - My favourite part of the film is the bit
where the title appears on the screen in front of
the demons face, this is because by accident I
overlapped the same clip just a few seconds
apart from each other and this then made an
early shadow as a point of view angle. This fitted
perfectly because just before the main character
see the demon she blacked out and so having
this effect worked really well.

Sound - Although I said the final outcome of
sound was a strength, it was also my biggest
weakness. I found it so hard to find the right
backing music to put with my film as well as
make all the levels, equal between each shot.
Thankfully due to me having good footage this
was such of a bad problem as I thought it would
be, it was just very time consuming and at times
frustrating because I was unable to find a
suitable track.
Premiere Pro - Even though my skills with
premiere pro have increased since the start of
the year, I was still unable to work out simple
things in order to make the quality of my film
that little bit better. This is a weakness that
hopefully I can develop on through time, it was
just a shame that I was unable to complete all
the things that needed edited by myself rather
than getting the help from my teacher and
classmates.

OPPORTUNITIES THREATS
When working with premiere pro I got many
opportunities to take part in, for example one
that would have been very useful to me and my
chosen genre was after effects. However due to
the time schedule that we had to complete our
editing of our footage I was unable to adapt to
the programme in order for it to be featured in
my final film.

A threat to me that was the most worrying was
the fact that I was very newly introduced to all
the technology that you use in media. This
therefore took me longer to adapt and learn how
to use equipmentbut however motivated me to
try out new things in order to see if it was
successful or not. In parts they were, but in
others not so much, but from this experience I
have developed my skills and in the future I hope
I can develop again and encourage others that
were in the same position that I was in.
