Joey Pinder discusses their experience using various technologies to construct a project. Blogger was easy to use and allowed Joey to create a clear and organized blog to showcase their work. After Effects was new but tutorials helped Joey learn animations for a "glitchy" title sequence. Photoshop took more time than expected to design a production company logo, and Premier Pro's complexity limited editing efficiency due to Joey's relative lack of knowledge.

Question 6
What have you learnt about technologies from the process
of constructing this product?
- I labelled Blogger as one of my strengths as I
found it easy to understand and use. This then
allowed me to create a clear and well organised
blog for me to put my finished work. Blogger has
played a vital role for me as I used it as the main
space to put my finished work into certain sections.
- After effects was a new software programme that I
had never used before. However, after searching
for tutorials online I managed to come across a
tutorial which focused on an animation that would
fit the theme for my title screen. The animation was
a glitch, distorted effect which would fit the idea
behind my film called ‘Hacked’. The sequence is played at the end of the opening
2 minutes and helps the opening lead into the full film is were to be made.

- I found Photoshop to be a threat as it was time consuming for me. To create my
production company, I used Photoshop which I didn’t have a lot of experience
with. This lead to me spending more time on it than expected, and the results
weren’t exactly what I was hoping for. Next time I think I would learn from this
mistake by either using a different software or expecting to take longer.
- Premier Pro was a weakness for me I felt I didn’t have enough knowledge of how
to use the software so that I could have had a bit more time. I was able to
understand some parts of it and I watched as few tutorials so that I could learn and
apply new thing to my film but the overall lack of knowledge meant that I spent
more time learning when I could have been editing more productively.
