WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED FROM YOUR AUDIENCE FEEDBACK?
Feedback Video
 After pitching our first idea to the class with a song from
Chipmunk, a North London artist, we decided our best
approach was to change the song we were going to use
as the original song was far too explicit and contained
more foul language than what would have been
appropriate. We also learned/realised that it would have
been quite difficult to find and shoot our music video as
we would most likely not be able to find suitable
locations, and it would have been very hard to fit our
genre/type of music with the mise en scene (the location,
props etc). We did in the end stick to the same genre of
music, but one that fit in with the location we found.
Peer Feedback
 After finishing our music video, we sent it to our friends to give
feedback on through WhatsApp. As you can see on the right, both
friends agreed the beginning of the video was good, as it was not a
traditional effect/convention where the video transitions from the
protagonist watching the actual music video, and then having it fade
into the video from the phone. The other main point was the effects,
there were some effects that may not have fit in that well, especially
to our genre, and there were a few things we could have touched
upon.
Final Music Video Feedback
 Overall, a few main things people liked from
our music video were the effects, such as
the distortion and the RGB effects, that are
widely used in grime music videos. We
learnt that we should have used this effect
more often as it was the favourite effect we
used, as we was told this by our target
audience that we showed our video to. To
sum up, we received good feedback, and
we were very happy as a whole with our
video.
