How i made music mag contents

How I made My school contents page
First, a grey gradient background was added to provide visual interest over a plain white background. Photos related to magazine articles and features were then placed on the page. Next, page numbers were added in a zigzag pattern to make the contents page feel less formal, fitting for a school magazine. Finally, article and feature titles were written out along with a red starred announcement to draw attention to a contest to win an iPod, with red chosen as an eye-catching contrast to the grey scheme.

- 2. IPC (international Publishing Corporation) is owned by Time inc. and was founded in 1958 in the UK, with its head quarters in London. The publication type are comic and magazines. IPC media produces over 60 iconic media brands such as soap life, NME, TV & Satellite ect.
- 3. • I think IPC would want to distribute my magazine because they market many magazines which are very successful. On the IPC website, there is a brand profile for each magazine they distribute. I also think they would find interest in my magazine as it is quite unique and controversial and would be a good magazine to publish as its quite different to the other magazines they market.
- 4. • This is an example of an NME magazine which is visually similar to my magazine, through the use of some major features; such the dominating female power, matching theme colour and the presenting of quotations. • If IPC manage to publish the NME magazine production then my magazine would not only be a great addition for their company but suitable, as they are able to publish many different genres of magazines and there is a definite gap in the market for the magazine which I constructed.
