groups?
When looking at the front cover of the magazine one of the first
things noticed is the image of a young boy band. This straight away
represents a younger audience of males and even females. This is
because males may look up to and aspire to be like the boy band
and females may be attracted to the boy band. The way the males
in the band are stood closely together on the images they are on
friendship is represented. Also, the way they talk and answer the
question in the article again shows their friendship and in-
formalness. Because of this, my magazine may relate to a younger
audience of 16-25 year olds of both genders. The font, colours,
people featured and the general house style of the magazine gives
off a fairly fun and exciting vibe but also a sophisticated and laid
back vibe. This helps the magazine relate to everybody at both
ends of the target audience effectively. As my magazine is only £2
and monthly, it is fairly affordable for the people in my target
audience. Also, it may attract a majority of the social class groups
as it is a fairly cheap price to be paid only once a month.
