9. Commercial uses will be consistent with those of the C-1 zoning category, which is the current zoning of the parcels
fronting SR 434. The current commercial zoning is across ~8 acres and we would request an increase to the ~12 acres as
shown below. While the ultimate project will be market driven, and consistent with C-1 zoned properties, we envision a
mix of restaurants, retail, outparcels and other neighborhood related commercial uses.
