● As a volunteered condition, a dedicated rideshare drop
off/pick up located outside separate from the the street to
preserve the path of travel.

residential streets around the project site

Pile Driving Reduction

● Pile install is required for foundation support of the
building.
● La Terra dedicated time and resources to redesign of the
foundation to reduce the required number of piles from
100 to only 3.
● As a result, the pile driving is reduced to a 2-4 day
construction process, while still maintaining the structural
stability of the building.

10. ● Construction hours will comply with LAMC allowed hours
indicated in their “Good Neighbor Construction Practices”
guidelines
● We will collectively coordinate with neighbors to best
attempt to schedule construction activity that may be
intrusive to avoid early morning hours on Saturdays
