medicene said”walking is man’s best medicine”
EXPLANATION many feal that with heart disease
the number one killer in weigh,exercise is the only
answer.
CENTRAL IDEA STATEMENT walking is the idea
exercise because it strengthens the heart and
conditions a person both mentally and physically.
