Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a model about human behavior. It is not a theory because a theory must be proved. On the other hand a model merely has to be tested and if the model yields consistent results; it qualifies as a working model.
Every model is based on pre-suppositions which are assumed to be true. The presuppositions
for any given model are fine tuned till such time that the model yields
consistent results.
1. Everyone lives in and operates from his/her own unique model of the world.
2. People always make the best choices available to them, given their unique model of the world and the situation.
3. There is a desirable solution/possible outcome to every problem.
4. Each person is equipped with everything he/she needs to solve his/her
problems.
5. It is important to separate and distinguish a person from his/her behavior.
When someone is learning something new, it is useful to evaluate the
behaviors while holding constant a positive evaluation of self.
6. All behaviors that people exhibit are motivated by a positive intention or
purpose.

Three common beliefs that can hinder success are that money doesn't grow on trees, hard work is the key to success, and you shouldn't share anything. The document recommends killing these deep-rooted beliefs by recognizing your true desires, following your passions without hesitation, and learning from successful people who pursued their dreams. It argues that success comes from following your desires rather than wasting time doubting yourself or killing your motivation. The first step to success is embracing what you want to do rather than what you think you can't.
To do your greatest work, you must be unselfish but first you need to build a strong work ethic. This involves having a burning desire to succeed through hard work and taking responsibility. You should want to improve your standard of living through making money by solving customers' problems with technology. With dedication to constantly learning and a willingness to struggle through failures, you can gain the skills and experience to build successful startups and ultimately do your greatest work.

Skill is the ability to perform a task while competence includes attitude and desire. Problems stem more from people issues than business issues, and saying "I cannot do this" usually means a lack of knowledge or lack of desire. Good leaders create more leaders while bad leaders create followers due to insecurity.

The Path of Pain: Mastering Game Design in 20 steps - takeawayKacper Szymczak
We all have a Design Muscle. In order for it to create what one wishes it to, it must be trained. It must be submitted to painful exercise. It must be strengthened to the level where it won't matter if the time is lacking, if your boss wants 10 versions just to scrap them all, if the editor is crashing, if the topic is boring, or you're working on a clone. The philosophy the speaker will present is grounded on mastering excellence and focusing on the fascinating craftsmanship of game design, which is - as often forgotten - a world of fun in itself.
Performed live at Game Industry Conference 2016.
The toughest person to lead is yourself. To lead others effectively, you must first learn to lead yourself by managing your emotions, weaknesses, and time effectively. Admitting your shortcomings is difficult but important for growth. Focus on tasks that play to your strengths and delegate other responsibilities when possible. Lead by example through developing credibility and accountability.

2. Three unwanted believes of our Life
Money don’t grow on Trees(Yes! It is)
Hard work is the key to success(It isn’t)
Don’t share anything(Do it)
What do I share? Even I don’t give a rupee at the traffic light.
3. They are all the same
Money Enjoyment Sharing
Success
4. Kill your Second Deep-Rooted Believe
90% people gonna kill me about this truth that
Hard work is not the Key to Success.
Enjoyment is the Key to Success.
Now there’s thought starts coming in your mind that
smart work or something else.
I just want to say “No such kind of work are helpful for
success”.
5. Hard work
If we treat hard work to be the key to success.
Then, tell me, Is there anyone who do much hard
work than labour?
So labour has to be the most successful person in
the world.
Why they are not successful? //Answer is after a
slide
6. Smart Work
Lets talk something about Smart work,
Is there anyone who does smart work more than an
engineer?
I guess there is no one.
But just think that why these engineers don’t got success
in their life.
Why engineers are not successful?
7. Acknowledgement to Hard work
Now the things come regarding Enjoyment.
Labour is not successful because they don’t carry out
their work with enjoyment.
They have to do their work not even for livelihood but
also for their enjoyment.
If they search the enjoyment over there, the work
become very easy for them.
But
They do their work Like a Curse.
8. Acknowledgement to hard work-continued
What do you think? Is work is a curse?
I don’t think so because work is the gift which gifted to
the very lucky peoples.
At what day the Labour find out the enjoyment in
his work, from that moment the Labour will on
the way to success.
9. Acknowledgement to Smart Work
Every one of us know about the condition of an engineer who
are awarded as the best smart workees.
You also know very well that how much of the engineers
get settled(few one).
70% of engineers are putting four moon in the banks.(Why
so?)
10. Smart Work-continued
What is the problem beside all this?
The problem is that 90% of the engineers do not want to be
an engineer they just follows their seniors, relative blindly.
They all do work in pressure.
They do the work which they don’t want to do(engineering).
What our engineers want?
Spoon feeding, nothing else
11. Smart Work-continued
I know there are many reasons following engineer’s problems
that they don’t have good faculty.
i.e. true, but what we assume that it is our system.
Do hell with this system just take the responsibility to change.
It’ll be change if you want.
One thing I want to make it clear that faculty is only the person
who shows the way to move, Not tells you to how to move.
12. Smart Work-continued
Why we gave out the project of construction in New Delhi
during Common Wealth Games 2010 to other foreign
Companies?
The answer is very simple that even our government doesn’t
consider us as an good engineer.
What we want in life by heart, the nature gives us the same.
Its not too late.
We can change our life and our country too.
13. Sharing
– It is one of the beautiful truth of the nature.
– How could we share?
What do I share? Even I don’t give a rupee at the traffic light.
Many people think that money is every thing i.e. why they
can’t become successful.
– They forgot to share
– How is it?
Let me tell you
14. Sharing-continued
Like we all drive cars, motorbikes.
It is true that these vehicle do not move without Petrol.
Is it true that we drive all these for the Petrol.
Similarly, that the our life don’t run without money.
But it is also true that we don’t sprint our life just for
money.
At the day you’ll starts sharing, you see that all the things
started will come back to you.
15. Road Map
The game is still in your hand.
Do work as per your desire?
Never kill your Desire.
Never do bhed chal(Following other persons blindly).
Finish the world otherwise it’ll finish you.
Obstacles
These are the temporary blockages when you take your
eyes off your Goal.
16. Road Map
You are the creator of your own destiny
If you want to make your dreams come true.
The first thing you need to do is-
Wake Up
Always act like that you’re wearing an invisible crown.
And the most important thing is Never kill your desire, Make it as
your Power
When your desires are strong enough, you will appear to
possess superman power to achieve them.
17. Road Map
Love to take responsibilities
Make your all needs as your responsibilities.
Because needs may be ended but responsibilities always be with
you and they makes you to think positive.
Make an unbeatable plan and put it into action as soon as you
can.
Never leave anything for tomorrow, do it now.
Be aggressive, be Ruthless, But be tactful with your life.
Free feel to ask your any problems, definitely you ‘ll get the answer to that.
