The surest way to lose a friend is to
co-sign for him to get a loan.
If he doesn’t pay then the co-signer

A man who loves to fuss, cuss, and fight
is a man who loves sin.
“Exalteth his gate” speaks of pride –
Either pride shown with high gates and tall doors –
Conspicuous consumption
Or pride shown by bragging.
